Pizza Competition Terms and Conditions
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia, Canada, India, Great Britain, New Zealand and the United States of America who are members of the Dynamic Rewards at the website www.dynamicrewards.com and do one of the following. An entry is defined where
A/ A new member joins Dynamic Rewards and creates a Pizza Party by inviting friends to their Pizza Party
B/ An existing member who creates a Pizza Party by inviting friends to come to their Pizza Party
C/ A member of Dynamic Rewards who Posts a Pizza Eating video on www.mybigpizzaparty.com .

Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible.

The Promotion commences 20.8.08 and closes 12 midnight EST on 30.11.08. All closing dates indicated in these terms and conditions will close at the time 12 midnight EST. The prize will be drawn at on December 5th at 12 midday. Winners will be notified via email and placement on the www.dynamicrewards.com website. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The First Prize is a Pizza Party for 21 people consisting of 15 Pizza Vouchers (Large Size) and 52 Pizza Vouchers (Large Size) valid for 12 months from December 1st 2008 till 30th November 2009. The Pizza Party is to be held on December 13th 2008.
Weekly prizes of One Large Pizza Voucher per participating country will be issued to the most creative Pizza Eating video posted on www.mybigpizzaparty.com

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
7.
No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8.
It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their email address, are correct at the time of entry.
9.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written direction given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
11.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
12.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
13.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 06.12.08 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by email and via the Public Notices of the Australian newspaper.
14.
Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
15.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
16.
Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
17.
The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
